Your Tech Stack can speak, are you listening?

If you want to be well positioned, understanding the tech you choose/use that in sum represents your technology footprint.

How you looked at your Tech Stack lately? This is a simple exercise that can add insight and guidance for you. It may even help you sleep a little better knowing you know where you stand and what opportunities lay ahead.

On the converse, others can look at your Tech Stack and 'read' where you are. You don't have to be on the bleeding edge, but you should have a plan that evolves at least yearly.

The first thing I take a look at is a firm's Tech Stack. It is insightful exercise that can tell a lot about you. Then you look at how the firm leverages that stack (with people, data and process).
