As these chatbot-focused AI products continue to evolve, you do see more leaning into the elements around our human experiences. The challenge is balancing the "yeah, I understand what it can do, but can it do it well enough to be a true 'assistant'.

There has also been a heavy dose of consumer sell around these products. I can see how it can round the edges on things to make digital content more accessible through normal human voice interaction, but business value is different measuring stick.
