Update: MS CoPilot 'wave 2'?

I have worked with Enterprise Copilot and Studio to understand that it creates a new level and models of working with knowledge, data and processes. As it continues it evolve (and all the other 'co-pilots', how so we keep our arms around it all?

I think is starts with a well-informed consumer. We have to have transparency (data, privacy, security) and prior path awareness that is provided by all our service providers. In the age of Saas/Cloud and 'seamless updates' that get pushed though almost autonomously, we need a better vetting model.

In the near past, as cloud-services proliferated, these updates were a welcome pivot to the old 'patch and pray', now changes need to better categorized and the one the have the highest risks need a better validation path. In the end, we still need to have choices as consumers and buyers.
