Couple years ago, it was necessary to understand common #AI terms, prompting guidelines and have access to the right tool. No API calls, RPA, prompt engineering (not saying that doesn't have more advanced leverage) but it puts much of this within short reach of many and intersects with one of the primary tools used by us all... the desktop (and by proxy any app/web browser).
