AI: From Copilots to Agents

There is some compelling value to copilots, no matter the platform. I use MS Copilot daily to really compress the 'time to value' for specific tasks and also gain access to information in a more effectively manner BUT now.... we are seeing both Salesforce and Microsoft starting to duke it out in the press. I find that interesting because they have traditionally certain selection of clients within certain industry stacks, but I guess that speaks to the new, broader AI race.
The focus now is around Agents, basically that can act more autonomously on you (or your processes) behalf. Shall be interesting.
